malfunctioning keys
i was really frustrated with my room. the noise was disruptive , especially early in the morning and late at night. the door slammed shut every time someone used it , and it sounded like it was right inside my room. also , i had issues with the room keys , as they never seemed to work and i had to get them reset every day.

The hotel had a great location near the city center. I found the bus stop to the airport conveniently outside (very easy access!). The staff was genuinely helpful and polite throughout my stay. I could walk to shops the beach and the harbor easily.
My room faced the street and I experienced considerable noise at night from nearby bars (this affected my sleep).

The reception staff provided very prompt assistance with directions. They also quickly addressed a minor issue with my room key. The breakfast service was attentive and efficient (i especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection).

The jacuzzi on the premises offered a perfect way to unwind after a walk. I noticed the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the common areas. There were lovely art pieces throughout the hotel (very pleasant).

The room was well-equipped with modern amenities. The balcony offered a good view of the city. The bedding was awesome and the beds were comfortable, so I slept very well.

i stayed for three nights and found the location convenient the airport bus stopped right across the street this made transfers very easy the junior suite was spacious and tastefully decorated i especially liked the separate bath and shower areas the staff were helpful when i needed information
i noticed the corridors were a bit dark due to the lighting it wasn't a major issue but worth mentioning
